Their transparency about the repair process and estimated timeline was refreshing. I was especially pleased that they provided regular updates, making me feel valued as a customer. The final results were beyond what I imagined; my car looked immaculate, almost as if it had just rolled off the showroom floor! They even fixed a couple of minor scratches on the bumper at no extra charge, which was a lovely surprise! My only critique would be that the waiting area could use a few more amenities, like coffee or snacks, especially for longer waits. Nonetheless, I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. This place has earned my trust and will be my go-to for any future repairs.
